The Op-Torq Power measurement data monitoring system is displaying, logging and analysing power and torque measurements from BINSFELD ENGINEERING TORQUETRAK EVOLUTION, 9000 & 10K instruments. It is built around a Main Terminal, which is a compact rugged computer that can log up to one year of data.

The data logged on the Main Terminal is available to download on a USB drive to be analysed with the data analysis software. The Op-Torq DATA VIEW software, which is included in the system, runs on a regular PC and gives a tool for the users to execute further performance data analysis over time.

The system operates under four different modes:

Value mode

The Graph screen is displaying a set of data on a graph; the displayed data is selected by the user. The power, torque and speed data may be chosen to be displayed on the graph. For twin shaft configuration, each shaft data may be displayed at the same time or separately. The graph scale is set to adjust automatically to display the smaller and larger variations.

Graph mode

In graph mode, the screen displays a pen-chart style graph showing the evolution of one user selected data over time.

Stat mode

The Stat screen gives access to calculated statistics for the torque, power and speed data.
The system presents the average (AVG), maximum (MAX), and minimum (MIN) values for the last minute, the last hour or the last day.

Configuration screen

The Main Terminal Configuration screen allows
the user to view the terminal status, to update
the terminal program, to transfer data and to access the Calibration mode.
